Lucy is an adorable little girl diagnosed with Down Syndrome, not only that she had been and orphan for the 6 years of her life. As she lived in an orphanage in China, she became a very lucky girl, she was taken to the US via an adoption program. She was soon matched up with a happy family and it was time for them all to meet.
