Sick Boy Asks Melania Trump What’s Her Favorite Christmas Song, She Looks At Him & Drops Bombshell
By jadeSaxworth

The First Lady, Melania Trump went to the Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. in order to see patients, families, and staff members, this has been a Christmastime tradition dating back more than 60 years to when First Lady Bess Truman began doing it. She she made her visits, a sick boy chose to ask her about her favorite Christmas song. In that moment, Melania revealed something that felt like a bomb was dropped on the entire room.
The Daily Beast reports that the first lady’s visit began with a tour of the hospital’s neuroscience center, after which Melania, accompanied by 25-year-old Alena Sydnor and 7-year-old Damian Contreras, both patients at Children’s National Hospital, joined Santa Claus onstage to read “The Polar Express.”
“I was so grateful at the opportunity to spend time with the children and their families today, and want to thank the medical staff at Children’s National for their lifesaving work,” said Melania. “The holidays are a time for hope, love, tradition, and family, and it is my wish for everyone to be able to celebrate them in good health with their loved ones,” the first lady continued.
“Many of the patients and families I visited with today cannot spend the holidays at home this year, so I ask everyone to keep them in their thoughts and prayers as we hope for a speedy recovery and joyous New Year,” she added graciously.
Melania also participated in a question and answer session with the children at the hospital, who were given the opportunity to ask her various Christmas-related questions. One young boy wanted to know her favorite Christmas song, and the first lady’s response speaks volumes about the role faith has played in her life.
Without hesitation, Melania said that she prefers “O Holy Night” above all other Christmas songs, of which there are certainly many to choose from. This is very indicative of her deep commitment to her Christian faith, as the lyrics are ripe with references to the “Savior” and “Christ.” Indeed, it’s not as if Melania answered the boy with “Frosty The Snowman.”

O holy night the stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Savior’s birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
Till He appeared and the soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks a new glorious morn
Fall on your knees
O hear the angels’ voices
O night divine
O night when Christ was born
O night divine o night
O night divine
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks a new glorious morn
Fall on your knees
O hear the angels’ voices
O night divine
O night when Christ was born
O night divine o night
O night divine
Ooh yes it was
Ooh it is the night of our dear Savior’s birth
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, yeah
It was a holy holy holy, oh oh oh
