Mary Maxwell was asked to give a dinner prayer however they didn't expect what they were about to get from her. She took the time to give the common thank you and blessings to God. However, she did have a few other things she felt she had to say.
Once the prayer was done, everyone expected her to simply walk off the stage but this wasn't her agenda. She had a thought she felt as though she should share with the crowd.
“Ah, oh. Sorry God, as long as I have the microphone…” she begins, with a burst of applause from the audience.
Her speech is something to admire, honor and enjoy, a beautiful and humorous take on growing older by the day.
