3 men break into the home a Chicago resident during broad daylight. Worried, shocked and upset, the man defends himself against the criminals as he dealt with them face to face and gave them swift justice. These 3 thugs never expected this to happen.
According to local news source ABC7, the home invasion attempt occured at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2017, in South Chicago. A 31-year-old man, who hasn't been identified yet, was in the home with his family when he heard 3 intruders breaking in through his basement, police said. What happens next was a clear example of how a man is willing to protect his family and his home. These intruders were taught a lesson.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the homeowner shot and killed all three intruders. When the police arrived, they found a 17-year-old male, a 22-year-old male, and a 24-year-old female all lying on the floor in their own blood. The police have not yet released the names of the deceased due to the ongoing investigation. Each of the intruders reportedly had multiple gunshot wounds and were declared dead at the scene.
In my opinion, this homeowner demonstrated perfect “gun control.” The moment these three punks decided to break into the man’s home, they got what they deserved.
Police said the homeowner possessed a valid Firearm Owners’ Identification Card and are classifying the shocking triple shooting as justifiable homicides because the man was acting in self-defense. Damn right he was! When three thugs broke into his home, he did what any protective father, husband, or son would have done. The man reportedly locked himself in a room after killing the three intruders and called the police who arrived a short time later.
Neighbor Ivan Real spoke with NBC Chicago and said he is friends with the man who shot the intruders. As Real and his girlfriend were driving home through the neighborhood and noticed a heavy police presence, he said, “I told her, ‘I know something’s bad because they’re all in front of their house.'” Real added, “Me and her walk over here and I see them in the back and the front, and they say someone died, and I’m just praying it was not him [the homeowner].” Real said there has a been a spike in home invasions recently. “I’m flabbergasted that it could’ve happened to my close friends,” he added. Police have not yet said if the intruders were armed due to the ongoing investigation.
