Singing to whatever happens to be on the radio is one great way to de-stress before you reach your final destination. If only you had a friend in the car to sing along with you and make the time fly by. Well, if TJ Smith happens to whiz by with his car window rolled down, he's just the awesome highway friend you've been looking for!
British comedian James Corden is well known for his super popular "Carpool Karaoke" jam sessions from The Late Late Show. Pop stars like Justin Bieber, Adele, Jennifer Lopez, and Stevie Wonder have been known to belt out karaoke versions of their own songs as James drives them around Los Angeles. Well, long before James came onto the scene, lesser known YouTube sensation TJ Smith has been recording "Highway Singalongs" - and you're the star!
Basically TJ cruises around town with his windows rolled down, and tries to get other commuters to join in on the singing fun. While some of the grumpier drivers ignore him, there are plenty of other folks who are happy to sing along with him.
