We all enjoy a good cup of chamomile tea, and Romans have been using it since forever when it comes to treating sore muscles, spasms, digestion issues, etc. today, the herb is added in many beauty products, and it can be used both orally and topically. Antibacterial/Antifungal agent
Chamomile is an excellent antibiotic, and it offers strong antiseptic properties. It has numerous purposes:
Disinfect the house
Diffuse chamomile and lemon essential oil when cleaning. Both oils will leave your home clean, fresh, and safe from germs.
Acne treatment
Combine 5 drops of chamomile essential oil, 5 drops of tea tree essential oil and 30ml of jojoba oil. Use it on clean skin.
Lice/Mites
Apply chamomile essential oil directly on your scalp to destroy any lice and mites. You can add 10 drops of the oil to your shampoo to prevent and treat lice/mites.
Anti-inflammatory agent
Chamomile essential oil is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent. You can use it to treat both physical and mental inflammation, especially stress, hyperactivity and insomnia

You need 5 drops of chamomile essential oil and clove essential oil each. Add the oils to your bath, but apply your regular clay body mask before you soak in. this will give you an extra kick. Use your regular moisturizer or just use coconut oil combined with chamomile essential oil.

Combine 5 drops of lavender, jasmine and chamomile essential oil. Add the oils to 30ml of jojoba oil or any other carrier oil. Use the oily remedy to treat skin irritations.
Stomach and digestion
Use chamomile essential oil to relax your stomach area and stimulate the production of digestive juices and bile.
Strengthen hair and improve skin complexion
Add 10-15 drops of the essential oil to your shampoo or lotion to get the maximum effect. Chamomile essential oil contain all the goodness you need to keep your hair and skin looking good.
Varicose veins
Combine 5 drops of chamomile, cypress and neroli (orange blossom) essential oil. Add in 30ml of jojoba oil. Use the remedy to treat/prevent varicose veins.
Chamomile essential oil shouldn’t be applied on the soft skin around the eyes. DO NOT use it orally. Use just a few drops of the oil to your beauty products. It is not recommended in the first four months of pregnancy. Some people are allergic to it, so test the essential oil before you use it.
