1 cup water
1 tbs. milk
3 tbs. rice
Instructions:
First, put 3 tbs. of rice in a bowl and pour 1 cup of water over it. Bring it to boil and allow it to simmer for 3 minutes. Then, remove from the heat, allow it to cool and strain. Keep the resulting mixture in a glass container. Then, mix the boiled rice with 1 tbs. honey and 1 tbs. of warm milk until you get a paste.
