3-Year-Old’s Christmas Wish For Her Deployed Daddy Comes True [VIDEO]

You might not believe in the magic of Christmas, but for one little girl, Santa made all her wildest wishes come true this holiday season. While sitting on Santa’s lap at a Bass Pro Shop in St. Charles, Missouri, 3-year-old Madyson Pohlman only wanted one thing for Christmas, and that was to see her Daddy.
Imagine her surprise after making her wish known to Santa, Army Staff Sergeant Josh Pohlman, who had been serving a 9-month deployment in Afghanistan, is magically revealed right before her eyes.
“It hits me straight in the heart,” he said. “It’s exciting to know that she’s really excited for me to come home,” the Soldier said.
Kristen, Josh’s wife, said she felt like it was a magical moment.
“Just having him home, just looking in my house seeing him and knowing that he’s there and he’s safe,” she said.
The best part, next to seeing this adorable 3-year-old’s reaction in the video, is the fact that her Daddy has just completed his tour in Afghanistan, so there will be no more goodbyes since he is now home for good!
I’m sure this is one Christmas that this family will never forget!
