Man Sees 400 American Soldiers Being Mistreated, Makes 1 EPIC Move to Stop It
By Dreamer

A California businessman and philanthropist named Shlomo Rechnitz was on a trip to Israel with his family late last year when he was forced to endure a layover at an airport in Shannon, Ireland.
While at the airport, Rechnitz discovered a group of U.S. Army soldiers, about 400 in all, sitting on the floor eating their government-provided sack lunches, a far different sight than that of the civilians at the airport dining at the fancy bistros and fast food outlets located there, according to Fox News.
Such an occurrence seemed unfair to him, so he approached the commander of the soldiers and asked if he could do them all a favor and purchase real meals for them.

Rechnitz then stood before the gathered soldiers to address them, offering up his heartfelt appreciation for the job they do defending the country.
“I just wanted to say ‘thank you’ from the bottom of my heart,” Rechnitz proclaimed to the hungry soldiers gathered around him.
The wealthy businessman and patriot ultimately dished out about $50 for each of the 400 soldier’s meals, which, using pre-Common Core math, would equal $20,000!
This is awesome, and truly shows the patriotism of this man to so generously provide for the men and women who help keep him and his family safe.
This also shows that wealthy and philanthropic individuals can pick up the slack when the government fails to adequately provide for those under its care, such as our men and women in uniform.
