There are some Christmas gifts that a child will remember for a lifetime. In this video, the Perks family give their foster son a small gift box, which he opens in front of the other kids. Inside he finds his official adoption papers (and those of his two younger siblings); they came just in time for Christmas.
Overcome with emotion, the young boy is speechless and instead runs over to his dad and then his mom and gives them a long, long hug. I couldn’t help but tear up at this beautiful moment. His new parents gave him the greatest gift of all…a family.
