Man Has Fish Tank In His Home So Big, He Can Swim In It. Check Out Rare Tour Of It [video]

We all have our hobbies. Some of us enjoy skiing or playing tennis on the weekends. Others are avid baseball card collectors. There is no telling how or why we grow these attractions to certain things, but hobbies are what keep us going and they give us a reason to get through the tough days at the office.
One man by the name of Eli has a love of fishtanks and sea life. In fact, he loves the underwater world so much that he installed a 30,000 liter reef aquarium in his home. Most people have to head to the nearest aquarium to capture what Eli has access to every day in the privacy of his abode.
In the video below, you can witness Eli doing what he loves most…being surrounded by sea creatures. As you watch him step down a ladder to get to the sea life, you can feel the sense of calm that is surrounding him. Eli takes us on a trip through the coral and plant life that give the fish a beautiful habitat to live in and we watch as he comes into close contact with a variety of different colorful fish. It’s obvious that the fish are in a happy home and they have a dedicated friend to take care of them.
At the end of the video we watch Eli swim to the top of the tank and climb out of the water with the help of a ladder. Then, we get a full view of the tank from inside his home, where it serves as one of the living room walls.

Prior to Eli’s massive purchase and installation, he claims that the largest aquarium that he had was 1,000 gallons. Quite the upgrade.
Viewers of Eli’s home video are fascinated by the reef aquarium installation, but they have several valid questions…
“That is amazing. How on earth do they keep the water in? lol. Please excuse my ignorance but the pressures and dynamics must be enormous. Does one get some kind of lifetime guarantee you won’t wipe out your neighborhood with a mini tsunami? If and when seals and joins began to fail?”
“I felt like I was at Hanauma Bay. Amazing setup!”
And several people were very curious as to how much a tank like that cost…
“Beautiful aquarium my friend. Approximately how expensive is a tank of this size to maintain?”
“I can only imagine having an aquarium big enough to dive in to. Hell, I can’t even afford a saltwater aquarium. I’m stuck with my 20 gallon long freshwater plants.”
Eli is apparently a hero in the fish tank world, as several of the commenters ask him advice on the setup of the tank and specifics on some of the rare fish that he owns…
“I was reading that you said bullied fish get a prosthetic eye to look like them. What does that mean and can you do a video on that? Thank you. Would like to learn that trick for my bullied fish.”
We can only imagine what type of house parties Eli can throw. He must require that guests come equipped with a wet suit and diving gear if they want to enjoy the full experience of his home.
