When a couple is together for a long time, they may decide that it’s time to start a family. Once a new baby is brought into the world, these parents will do anything to protect their child. No parent wants to outlive their baby. Since babies are so vulnerable to the dangers of the world, they need their parents to take care of them.
After one Memphis father noticed his daughter was sick, he learned that her sickness was a lot worse than he had originally anticipated. He decided to share his story on the platform Imgur to notify other parents of the tragic experience.

In the early stages of his daughter’s illness, the young girl was taken to hospital and was told she had viral meningitis. They were told it was a light case. However things went downhill very quickly. Now, she’s fighting respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
This is a common virus that leads to cold-like symptoms for older children and adults. Seems harmless right? Not for babies. It’s severe and can lead to death. It was time for the young girl to move to a better facility.

As soon as the pediatric team arrived at the hospital to pick her up, she flatlined. They revived her and put her on a ventilator immediately,’ he wrote online.
Although she temporarily died, things are looking up. According to the father, his little girl is off of everything except for her oxygen. He ended off the post with some thanks to the staff and a warning for all parents out there.

‘RSV is no joke. I didn't know much about it until a week ago when it almost took my daughter from me. Please make sure to wash your hands before handling little ones. And make sure to wrap them up when heading outside into the cold.’
