The video captures the frantic moments after a toddler is seen on the balcony of an apartment building in China’s Jiangsu province. The boy fell from a second-floor window, and he was dangerously close to tumbling from the edge of the balcony onto the pavement below. As a horrified crowd gathered, a total stranger rushed to the side of the building, grasped the drainage pipe, and started to climb.
