1 1/4 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of semi-salted butter
6.8 oz of liquid cream (minimum 30% fat)

Instructions:
Step 1:
Add 1 1/4 cups of sugar in a small saucepan. Place it over low heat. Do not mix it–just let it sit until it melts and becomes brown. The edges will be the first to brown.
Step 2:
