Mother hires ‘Grinch’ to ‘ruin Christmas’ as a prank, but is in shock when she gets what she paid for
By Mike-Ross

Laura Magill’s son is absolutely obsessed with the Grinch, so she decided to hire a Grinch impersonator as a Christmas surprise. Unfortunately, it was Laura who was left in shock.
In a Facebook post Laura explains that she hired the impersonator for a children’s party at their family home in Belfast, Ireland. The visit cost £85 ($114) for the Grinch to “mess the kids’ bed, have pillow fights, put toilet roll around your Christmas tree, and pictures with the kids at the end.” Laura adds that there was no time for the last activity.
“They were told to leave, no pictures.”

Laura explains that the Grinch went far above and beyond their job description. “What I got, every single bit of party food, expensive cupcakes threw all over the place. Tree decorations BROKE !!”
“Fairy up [dishwashing] liquid poured on my kitchen floor, eggs smashed, and a full bottle of juice poured over my floor and SON !!!” But Laura’s son doesn’t look too upset about the chaos.

“Kids’ new onesie ruined. Highly, highly DO NOT recommend,” she continued.
“Mailed and complained, no reply. Grinch def came and stole Christmas. Never been so disgusted in my life !!!”
Laura’s post quickly went viral, but more than a few viewers were quick to point out that sometimes you get what you pay for!
