She parked in a handicapped space, returns to see a big insult about her appearance
By RoseKiss

A woman named Julie walked back to her car. She parked in a handicapped space. She has an appropriate placard to do so, but when she got back to her car, she found a nasty note about her.
The note was handwritten and placed on her windshield. It said one thing, “Faker.” It was disrespectful but it’s something she’s had to deal with.
Julie has a medical condition that goes largely unnoticed by the general population despite it affecting her daily life for much of the past eight years.
She has Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. It makes her blood pressure drop to dangerously low levels, and that causes her heart rate to go way up. Symptoms can strike randomly and at any moment.
Julie was hurt by the note and went to social media to talk about it. She said, “It was a moment of absolute defeat and frustration. To once again be invalidated by someone who doesn’t know me and doesn’t know how hard I fight just to walk out to my car was another slap in the face.”
It’s a perfect example of why you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.
She went on TV to discuss the story. You can watch it for yourself and hear her story in her own words.
