Christmas Tree Appears Out Of Nowhere Overnight, Then Strangers See What's Hanging Off Of It

People in a small Louisiana town didn't think twice about a Christmas tree that appeared overnight inside of a local park, they just assumed that someone chose to decorate the tree to help spruce up the town. The tree itself wasn't gaining much attention but suddenly someone saw what was hanging from one of the tree's branch and took a picture of what they witnessed.
A random person chose to add some decor to the tree located in Breaux Bridge in the town of St. Martin Parish. Countless cars had passed it without much thought and likely nothing more than a quick glance before continuing on their way.
It wasn’t until one local got a closer look, that their photo of what was on the branch went viral. This was because of the plea for help that was posted along with it.
Only the very bottom portion of this tree is decorated. It’s far from being finished because the person who started it can’t get it done. While it looks like any ordinary tree, it’s anything but because of what it’s decorated with and why.

“As you can see I need Christmas ornaments on my branches. I am no ordinary tree,” the description of the viral photo began. “I represent all military veterans and active military living or dead.”
The ornaments on it display a handwritten name and branch of service of military veterans living or dead. The poster then asked for people to help complete the tree by adding an ornament of their own of a family member or friend who risked their life for our country.
The purpose is to pay tribute to those who are currently serving or paid the ultimate price and can’t be with their loved ones during this special time of year. Tributes like this that are a refreshing reminder that we need to respect and honor the great men and women who are fighting to protect our great nation.
