52-Year Old Woman Shares Chinese Anti-Aging Secrets

Gong Li is a famous Chinese actress who recently shared what she does in order to keep her skin looking so radiant. She has 52 years, but she looks half her age! Li says that most Asian women have specific natural beauty routines which make their skin so youthful and perfect.

Here are some tips she shared:

Camellia Oil

Camellia oil is a great natural conditioner for your hair that can make it grow like crazy and defeat hair loss. It can be used on your skin as well and is especially effective against stretch marks and scars.

Rice Water

Rice water is the biggest secret for the incredible looks of Asian women. The liquid can easily tone your skin if you use it regularly. Just boil some rice in water, collect the liquid, let it cool down and use a cotton pad to clean your face with it every day. The results should be visible soon.

Green Tea

Green tea isn’t a simple beverage only – it has numerous health and beauty uses as well. Consume it regularly or use cold green tea to rinse your face in order to rejuvenate your skin cells, remove toxins and relieve the inflammation in your skin. Mung Beans
