Vitamin B6 deficiency – this is essential for maintaining water balance and preventing edema. Research claims that by consuming larger amounts of this vitamin help treat PMS edema. Consume foods like chicken, lean beef, turkey, potato, tuna, banana, dry fruits, pistachios, sunflower seeds.

Dehydration – this happens due to a lack of water and to fix this, consume a minimum of 8 glasses a day. If are not a fond of this, drink potassium juices. Stay away from packed juices and coffee.
