Dad Wakes To Little Girl’s Screaming, Then He Sees What’s Outside Her Window

Late into the night, a father was awoken with a start by his little girl screaming and running into his room. She could barely get the words out as she trembled in fear about what had just happened. That’s when the dad bolted into her room, and he couldn’t believe what he saw outside the window.
The last way a parent wants to be woken at 3:40 a.m. is by their terrified child with disheveled pajama pants and a horrific description of how they got like that. The unnamed father was sure that his 10-year-old’s bedroom window had been locked down tight for the winter, so when he found it open, he knew it wasn’t an accident. He looked out and saw an eerily similar scene to something else that had happened that morning, near their Ohio town.

According to Fox 8, the girl told her dad that a man in a black sweatshirt came in through her window that night and grabbed her ankles. As he began pulling her out the window by her feet, he told her that if she cooperated, he wouldn’t hurt her or her family. The brave little girl wasn’t going to let the brazen kidnapper yank her out that window, and she put up a fight until he gave up and scampered away.
When the father looked outside her window while calling police, he saw that the man moved a step-ladder in their yard to put up against the girl’s window. Having a tool like that out in the open makes these crimes easier for predators, and chances are, the suspect, who is still at large, had been watching her for days to know which room was hers. What took place not far from their Elyria house that morning gives more credence to that possibility.
The Lorain City School went on lockdown that morning after police received multiple calls from several people in the area reporting attempted abductions, Cleveland reported. Although a description of the suspect in the morning cases was not provided or reported, all of these occurrences within 24 hours are too similar to be a coincidence. If it is, then this area of Ohio has a bigger problem on their hands than they realize.
Whether this child being pulled from her window is feisty by nature or has been taught what to do when someone tries to take her, she handled this just right. From a very young age, all children need to be taught to fight back and make as much noise as they can. Hopefully, her daddy has a gun in the house, so if there is a “next time,” the pedophile doesn’t get away so easy.
