Woman Snaps Pic of Stranger She Saw 3 Times in 1 Day—Then She Gets This Message on Facebook

She saw him at Dunkin’ Donuts at 7 a.m. 14 hours later, it hits her.
Kyle Bigler has hit what many Americans would call a “rough spot.” He’s picked up two jobs to support his son and since those jobs are both minimum wage, he’s not been able to afford a car, so instead he walks. His first job is unfortunately over eight miles away from his second one, making the round trip a total of 16 miles.
On top of the long walk to work, every Sunday and Monday Kyle works a total of 20 hours splitting time between Dunkin Donuts and a deli he works in. On this particular Monday, Kyle had a customer that would end up changing his life.
Joanna Griffiths, a regular at the coffee shop, was served her morning coffee by Kyle. Later that same night, Joanna stopped by the deli to grab dinner and recognized Kyle from that morning. That’s when she realized how hard his work schedule actually was.
“I stopped at the Big Apple (convenience store) on my way home…to see if he could use a lift home while I grabbed gas, but he politely declined stating he worked another 3+ hours closing,” Joanna wrote on Facebook.
She told WSB-TV, “I was like, ‘What are you doing here? You were working at 7:30 this morning. Was that you walking?’ And he was like, ‘Yup.’”
Joanna was so touched by his story and his work ethic that a few days later she returned to Dunkin Donuts with an idea. “I came through the drive-thru (at Dunkin Donuts) and I took a picture of him and I said, ‘I’m going to make you famous,’ and he goes, ‘Yeah, right, cause of my crazy hair or something?’”Joanna shared the photo on Facebook along with this message:
"I felt the need to share this with all of you, and perhaps make this man go viral. Last week I got an iced coffee at Dunkin donuts around 7:30am, later on that day I saw the same man walking but was unable to pick him up or I would have been late for work myself. Little did I know, he was walking 8 1/2 miles to his second full time job at the Big Apple for his Graveyard shift. I stopped at the Big Apple on my way home from work around 10:45pm (sic) to see if he could use a lift home while I grabbed gas, but he politely declined stating he worked another 3+ hours closing. The moral of the story is this, if you are an able bodied person, there is a job out there for you. No matter what the job may be. This man walks 16 miles every day between both his jobs, making minimum wage at both. Minimum wage in New Hampshire is $7.25/hr. This man shows that if you are motivated, ambitious, and WILLING to work, it IS possible."
The post quickly went viral and even caught the attention of the local car dealership who was also touched by Kyle’s determination, and they decided to do a little something special. They responded saying they would give Kyle a 2005 Honda to help him with his 20-hour days.
So awesome of Joanna to acknowledge such a hard-working man and go out of her way to bless him!
