Coconut oil
Honey Gauze
Napkin
Bandage
Flour
Instructions:
Prepare a paste from the honey and the flour. Try not to touch it. Add some coconut oil and some fresh ginger juice and then re-roll this mixture in flour. Put the paste on a napkin and then wrap it with a gauze. Put the wrap on your back or chest and fasten it with a bandage. Then, put your PJs on and go to bed. If you use the wrap for a child, always put it 2 or 3 hours before going to bed.
