People Spot Odd Trucker, Quickly Call Cops As They See What He’s Unloading

A trucker at a Texas truck stop may have gotten a bit more attention than he wanted after a few people spotted his odd behavior. However, onlookers would later call police as they realized what he was unloading right in the parking lot – and now over 30 people are in police custody.
It all started on Sunday evening when police got a call about a suspicious truck driver unloading his merchandise in the parking lot of a Weatherford truck stop. Unfortunately, it seems that his cargo actually consisted of people – but police would soon learn much more.

After arriving on the scene, officers stopped and spoke with about 3 dozen people who weren’t exactly brushed up on their English. Come to find out, the people dropped off were actually illegal immigrants who paid someone to smuggle them into the U.S. at the El Paso/Juarez border.
Police quickly arrested 34 people – who they believe to be all of those dropped off – and hauled them away. Those smuggled in were believed to be headed to Dallas, but seeing how they were in the hot trailer without food all day, the truck driver decided to let them out in Weatherford.

Although officers say that none of the immigrants were arrested, they were detained on an INS hold and taken to a detention center for the immediate future. Police believe that the people involved weren’t being held against their will and were simply trying to make their way into the country illegally.
Sadly, this is what the nation has come to under the leadership of President Barack Obama. Despite the fact that these people chose to break the law and did something illegal, they weren’t arrested and deported.
Unfortunately for those thinking about doing something like this, their time may be running out. I wouldn’t want to try that when Donald Trump is running the nation. They’d be sent back home so quick it’d make their heads spin, and their expedited trip would come with the lasting reminder of a boot print on their backside. It’s simple really – you break the law, you pay the price.
