Bad news for those indulging the current clown craze and taking over our streets, Batman is in town to serve you a big slice of justice pie.
He's come all the way from Gotham and is now in, you guessed it, Whitehaven!

These clowns must have seen it coming. I mean, you can't expect to go hanging outside playgrounds and lurking the midnight streets without experiencing some sort of backlash.
Cumbria Superheroes say the clowns are giving kids sleepless night due to their antics and, well, that's just really miffed Batman, who's had to cancel engagements across the pond and give these clowns a good old fashioned chase.
'Crazy clowns' beware... Batman is in Whitehaven.
Cumbria Superheroes heard that many children had been left traumatised by the clowns lurking around the town.
So now Batman is patrolling the streets so that kids (and adults?) can feel at ease.
I rang up Christopher Nolan to see if he had any plans to return to the Batman franchise following this announcement but he didn't answer. That's probably because I don't know Christopher Nolan, nor do I have his number.
