Home Depot INSULTS Veteran, Man’s Reaction Has Gone Viral And Has The Internet CHEERING

There are no other Americans in our nation who deserve our utmost thanks and respect more than our veterans. However, when a Home Depot manager decided to insult a veteran in the store, an onlooker’s reaction went viral and left the Internet cheering.
According to a post on Facebook written by David Carleton, he was at his local Home Depot in Spokane Valley, Washington, standing behind an “older” man in line. As it turns out, the customer in front of him was actually a veteran and had handed over his ID in order to receive a discount.
Unfortunately, it seems those at Home Depot recently tightened the belt regarding the veteran discount, prompting the cashier to tell the man he no longer qualified. After arguing back and forth, a manager was called over, and David was told to go to another line since resolving the issue may take some time.
Lucky for us, he declined as he was curious to see how this would all pan out.
Within a short time, the “young cocky full of himself moron” manager finally made his way over to the checkout line and reaffirms to the veteran what he’s already been told – that he does not qualify for the discount. Despite the man saying that he’s always received a discount at that location, the manager states that they’ve recently had a change in policy.
The older gentlemen then states that he’ll take his business elsewhere to which “the young moron replies that is your choice,” according to David. Just as the vet is about to leave, the Facebook user says that’s where he steps in.
David tells the manager, “If one of your idiot friends walked through the door right now you would have the option of giving him a discount and with your attitude you would do it,” before demanding that he “step over to the register and give this guy his discount.” Unfortunately the thick-headed employee declined once again, saying that the man did not qualify.
This is where things get good.
Finally fed up with the nonsense, David says, “This is how this is going to work,” before giving the man two options:
“Either you give this guy a discount and I call Home Depot corp and tell them how good of a manager you are in spite of the stupid policy.
“Or I go home call Home Depot corp tell them how stupid the policy is and their manager is a moron, then I blast face book and it goes viral and you get to be the moron you are.”
BOOM! Stuff like this makes me feel like jumping out of my chair in celebration.
Dave went on to eventually write, “I think you know which one he chose!” before giving the store’s information and the instructions for fellow social media users to “please blast Facebook with this story.”
There is no greater disrespect than insulting someone else who protected your right to freedom. You have the right to say whatever disgusting thing that is about to ooze from your face hole, because it was paid for by the blood and ultimate sacrifice of veterans.
The veteran standing in front of you was willing to ultimately give their life for you and your freedom. A veteran is defined as a person who wrote a blank check to their country, redeemable for any price up to and including their life. It’s important we never forget that, and it’s more important that we always honor that.
