You will need:
Yellow cake mix
1/4 cup of sprinkles
Peeps (variety pack)
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
4 egg yolks
1 egg
First, preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter for 30 seconds. Add in 4 egg yolks and 1 egg and mix until everything is blended. Now, add in the yellow cake mix, but be sure to do it in chunks to ensure it blends and mixes well. Finally, add in the 1/4 cup of sprinkles.
Put this mixture in the oven for about 18-20 minutes. Once you take it out, you can apply the fudge layer they use in the video or another kind. It’s up to you! After spreading the fudge on the cookie layer, layer Peeps on top. Place the pan in the fridge for 30-45 minutes to let everything set, and you’re done!
