Get Rid of Tooth Plaque, Tartar and Bleeding Gums in a Very Simple And Easy Way Without Pain...

If you’re like most people, you want your mouth to be as clean as possible. You brush and floss your teeth twice a day to remove plaque so it doesn’t turn into tartar. However, sometimes that’s not enough and you could end up sitting in the dentist’s chair in horror, listening to them tell you that you have the beginnings of gum disease. As with anything else, there are natural methods to remove plaque. This guide explains how to do this yourself with walnut shells on a regular basis, so you can have a great dental checkup.

Step 1: Procure Your Supplies
Begin the process of removing plaque from your teeth but purchasing a bag of walnuts and a walnut cracker. Then grab a bowl and a small pan and proceed with the next steps.
Step 2: Brush and Floss Your Teeth
Brush and floss your teeth as you normally do. Rinse all the toothpaste out of your mouth completely.
Step 3: Remove the Shells
Use the walnut cracker to remove the shells from the walnuts. Place the nuts in the bowl for you and your family to enjoy later, or to use for baking. Place the shells in the pan.
Step 4: Boil the Shells
Cover the shells with water and set the pan on a stove burner. Then set the dial to medium-high and bring to a boil. Once the mixture begins to boil, turn the dial to a low setting. Allow the walnut shells to simmer in the water for about 10 minutes. Then turn the dial off, but leave the pan on the burner for just a few minutes.

The fluid that has remained is your miraculous remedy!
Use it to brush your teeth three times during the day, and you will effectively remove tartar and plaque in only two weeks!

Soak your toothbrush in the pan for a few minutes. Brush your teeth with the mixture, making sure to reach every corner of your teeth and gums, for about 5 minutes.

The tiny shells work to remove plaque that normal brushing and flossing can’t reach. Rinse your mouth completely when finished.

Caution: It’s important to soften the shells by boiling them. Otherwise, the tiny shells can damage your gums.

Use floss to remove any shells that might get stuck between your teeth. Rinse out your toothbrush completely so no shells remain when you brush your teeth again.
