You just need:
Baking soda Toothbrush Hydrogen peroxide Salt Water Cup Dental pick Antiseptic mouth wash
Step 1:
Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with half a teaspoon of salt into the cup. Apply warm water on your toothbrush and then dip it into the prepared mixture. Brush your teeth and then spit it. This process should last for 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Mix a cup of hydrogen peroxide with ½ cup of warm water and wash your mouth for one minute. Spit the mixture and wash your mouth with cool water.
Step 3:
