Yoga Poses That Will Burn Belly Fat Fast And They're All Super Easy

Wind Easing

Also known as the Pavanamuktasana, this pose is a great place to begin Yoga poses. Simply lay on your back and bring your knees to your chest. Hug your knees with your arms, tightly hugging for about 15 seconds, and then relaxing. Repeat this procedure for best results.

Pontoon

Also known as the Naukasana, this pose is one of the more advanced yoga positions. Starting from an outstretched position as you reach forward to try to touch your toes, breath in and raise your legs on the inhale. Keep your legs straight and bend your toes forward. Try to hold it for 25 to 30 seconds.

Half-Boat

Also known as the Naukasana, this pose requires a lot of core strength. Start in a sitting position, raise your legs while your head is on the ground. Then, when your shins are perpendicular to the floor, raise your head off the ground and reach with your arms to your knees while keeping your back straight.

Also known as Kumbhakasana, this pose is pretty straightforward, but requires strength. You actually begin on your hands and knees, then slowly walk your legs back into the full position.

Bow

Also known as Dhanurasana, this is a slightly more advanced pose. Lie on your stomach and grab your ankles behind your head with your arms while flexing your butt. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then release.

Also known as Bhujangasana, this pose involves lying face down with your hands at your sides. As you inhale, bring your chest up but keep your legs on the ground.

Also known as Utkatasana, this pose involves putting your feet hip-length apart, and raising your arms. As you breath out, bend your knees.
