This spring, we've already seen a ton of ways to jazz up your outdoor space, but rarely do we see people working their fence into the decor. Most just think of it as something for privacy, but it can be so much more. With a little work and creativity your fence could add so much to your backyard!
There is no end to what you can do to spruce up your fence and make your backyard the envy of the neighborhood. Take a look at some of these creative ideas.
1. Tree Mural Fence
Grad some paint and transform your backyard fence into a whimsical, eye-catching focal point. You can start by penciling in the design, then carefully fill in with the paint color of your choice. Or you could ask a friend you know who can paint
2. Bird House Fence
Build or purchase wooden birdhouses, then pick out some fun paint colors. How cute would it be to see families of birds here every morning.
3. Marble Fence
This one is easy, creative, and looks great! Just drill holes in your fence and fill them with marbles. It's that simple, and the sunlight reflecting off the marbles is stunning.
4. Beach Mural Fence
This will surely put a smile on your face every time you enter the backyard. This painted beach scene will make it always feel like summer. This one is a little more complicated so you would probably want to hire someone to paint this for you, and when it;s done you will be happy you did!
5. Cozy Cottage Fence
This delightful jumble of objects makes this area of the garden feel like a tiny, secret room and has a beautiful vintage feel. Just be sure that any items you choose are water and weather resilient.
