Before we get to the drink you should know how it works. Excess weight is just so darn hard to get rid of it, and let's face it-exercise just doesn't provide results. That's because you aren't ridding your body of excess water, cholesterol and gas! Well that's what this drink does; let's get to it.

You'll need the following:
Lemon juice, Parsley and water. That's it, and it won't take you more than a couple minutes to prepare.

Take one stem of parsley and finely chop it; place it in a medium sized glass. Now squeeze the juice from one lemon into the same glass (make sure to get it all). Finally, fill the remainder of the glass with water. Don't strain it, drink it all.

Remember, you must always drink it on an empty stomach. Do this for 6 days then take ten days off and repeat the process if you feel like you should. You're going to be amazed at the results!
