This chronic condition only occurs in about 4 percent of U.S. people. People who are suffer from it live with widespread pain in their muscles, ligaments and tendons. According to many health professionals, simply avoiding gluten can help to alleviate the symptoms within days.
7. Chronic Fatigue

If your body isn’t getting the needed nutrients because it isn’t digesting gluten, then that would obviously make you tired. If you have been more exhausted than usual lately, and you aren't sure why, check your diet for anything out of the ordinary.
8. Lactose Intolerance

Did you know a lot of the time lactose intolerance is itself a symptom of gluten intolerance. If you know you are gluten intolerant, chances are you have been checked for a gluten sensitivity. If stomach issues persist, try laying off the grain-based stuff entirely.
