Customer Shocked By Workers Piling Out Window… Sees What They’re Holding
By Timfly

Barbara Danner was in the drive-thru line at her local Dutch Bros Coffee, patiently waiting as she wondered what was taking the customer in front of her so long. When she saw three employees pile out the window and reach into the customer’s car to grab the woman, she had no clue what was going on. Then, she heard it after she saw what they were holding.

Danner hits the drive-thru at Dutch Bros each morning as part of her routine, but this particular day, she came out with more than just her morning cup of coffee. In a post on Facebook, she explained that she was next in line to get her order, but the woman in front of her was holding things up, after an employee caught what she was doing in her car.
The worker at the window began talking to the woman, before a couple of other workers overheard what was happening and came to the window at the side of her car. As Donner sat there, she watched as all three employees practically piled on top of each other to reach out and hold this woman’s hand, as one worker prayed.
Danner said in her post that accompanied the photo that the three men were praying with and comforting the person in the car in front of her. Danner learned that the woman had just lost her 37-year-old husband the night before, and she was in insurmountable pain, struggling with his death. She said the workers prayed over her for several minutes, before offering her something else that left Danner stunned.

“They stopped everything and prayed with her for several minutes, invited her to come back for prayer and support, as well as anything else that she might need,” the impressed witness wrote in the post for Love What Matters. It’s unknown if the bereaved woman took them up on the offer, but one thing is for sure — Danner will never go anywhere else for coffee, after seeing customer service like this.
Two of the employees in the picture, Pierce Dunn and Evan Freeman, said to Fox News Insider that they responded in the way that they did because it was the right thing to do.
It didn’t matter to these workers if someone in line may have been offended at the sight of them praying, especially since it was holding up orders. These caring young adults simply couldn’t give this sobbing woman her coffee and send her on her way, knowing she needed someone to reach out and offer her a little comfort. Prayer speaks to the soul in situations of unimaginable loss, where words always seem to fall short.
Dunn said that “If every single person … did an act of kindness and had a smile on their face every single day, the world would be a completely different place.”
