90-Year-Old Woman Diagnosed With Cancer, Refuses Chemo To Do This
By Dreamer

A 90-year-old woman was diagnosed with a deadly cancer. Doctors recommended surgery, radiation and chemotherapy as treatment. The woman decided on a different type of treatment.
The woman, known only as Norma, has lived a full life. When doctors told her about the aggressive treatments she would need to fight the cancerous mass found in her uterus, she decided she would rather spend her time enjoying life.
“I’m 90 years old. I’m hitting the road,” she told doctors.

Norma lost her husband of 67 years last year. She lived a long life with a lot of love. She was tired, and didn't relish the side effects of the cancer treatments. At her age, it wasn't even a guarantee she would have survived the surgery.
Norma left her nursing home and hit the road in an RV camper with her family. For six months, she and her loved ones traveled all over the U.S. to see national parks and amazing landmarks. They also took a couple of international trips, such as a visit to China. Her family had no arguments for the way Norma wanted to spend her remaining time on earth.
“Keep praying every day, and God will take care of you, even when it feels like you can’t care of yourself,” Norma told GoodNewsNetwork. So far she's had no pain and is really enjoying her trip. She intends to keep milking the joy of life all she can.
