Ashley England’s eight-year-old son Riley suffers from a severe form of epilepsy that can lead him to have seizures. That can prove challenging at times, but Ashley is a very proud mom that knows how to properly manage his care. She decided to take her family out for a little treat to a local restaurant, and the environment didn’t agree too well with Riley.
The child became upset and started acting disruptively as a result. Ashley was dreading the approaching waitress that she eyed heading towards their table at the worst possible moment, but the waitress had a far different message than the one she was expecting.
“I’ll try to do this without crying. Another customer has paid for your bill tonight and wanted me to give you this note,” she said.
The touching note read “God only gives special children to special people.”
Ashley was sure to quickly share this random act of kindness on Facebook, where it quickly went viral.
