Mother Is Floored By What Her Son Said
By Timfly

A mom took to Facebook to post a conversation she had with her little boy. The touching exchange has gotten a lot of attention.
King died almost 50 years ago, but he was on the mind of one little boy. His mother, Cindy Tow, posted the brief conversation.
“Mom, can I tell you something weird?" he asked her.
"Sure," his mother responded.
“I really can’t wait for Martin Luther King Day,” he tells her.
"That’s not weird, it sounds like you’re really inspired by him," responded Tow.
“Yeah, because if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be able to play with my friend,” the boy said.
Tow posted an image of her son, who is white, standing next to his buddy, who is black.

Kids don't care about skin color; racism is something they have to learn. Even in this time of social unrest with racial tensions dividing the country, instances like these prove King's dream lives on and that there’s hope for the world.
