I refuse to stress myself out about things I cannot control or change. Arguing over texts is possibly the worst kind of stress Avoiding certain people to protect your mental health is not a weakness. It's wisdom. You can only win when your mind is stronger than your emotions I feel everything deeply, not just emotions but intentions, vibes, judgements and lies. Doing my best to stay hydrated, set boundaries, love myself, listen to my body, communicate my feelings and heal. Take it day by day, don't stress too much about tomorrow. Some say I'm too sensitive but truth is I just feel too much. If i could describe my mental health in two pics, this would be it. Your mind has to be stronger than your feelings Stressed out?
